distinction of taking part in the highest ever scoring round of
Mastermind. |

She worked for publishing houses,
cruise companies on the Queen Elizabeth II, amongst a lively and varied
career. Her death came as a great shock to the club; and our sympathies go
to her family. |

Mary is a renowned expert on Children's' Literature -
especially Girls' Books and Papers. In addition to regular Radio
appearances, she is the author of many books, and also edits The Old Boys'
Book Club journal,
The Collectors' Digest. |

The eminent polymath has long been
an aficionado of the Works of Hamilton. He has waged a campaign to bring
Bunter back to our television screens. This failed recently on the basis
there was too much violence in the stories! He is, of course, the author of
Yarooh!. |
